Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring all entries are posted accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate and support tax filings such as PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh Badan, and PPN, staying current with regulatory changes.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and addressing audit queries promptly.
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets, collaborating with department heads to align operational targets with corporate goals.
- Monitor cash management and working‑capital efficiency, recommending improvements to enhance liquidity.
- Maintain and improve internal accounting controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to automate reporting, perform variance analysis, and create dynamic dashboards.
- Communicate financial insights in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (written and spoken) to facilitate cross‑border stakeholder engagement.
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to cost reduction, process automation, and financial system enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Gender & Age: Female candidates, preferably up to 40 years of age.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting, supervisory, or assistant manager roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and audit requirements; proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal communication, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Other Requirements: Ability to adapt to evolving accounting software and willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
