Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate specials, and answer any menu‑related questions.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Maintain table cleanliness and organization, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to requests quickly, and resolve any concerns in line with the restaurant’s SOPs.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions with precision.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
- Observe health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and periodic performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by wearing the provided uniform and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years in a restaurant or food‑service environment; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and the ability to follow established SOPs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
- Availability to work full‑time (8 hours per day) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Willingness to commit to a 5‑month contract with the possibility of renewal.
- Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques, including table setting and order taking.
