Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Host Live Event Professional to join our fast‑growing digital media team in Palur, Jaten. This role is pivotal for delivering engaging, high‑quality live broadcasts that connect brands with their target audiences across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a live‑event host, you will be the face of our productions, guiding viewers through product launches, cultural events, webinars, and interactive Q&A sessions. The ideal candidate is a confident, articulate Muslim woman who wears a hijab, possesses a natural flair for on‑camera presentation, and thrives in a fast‑paced, challenge‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, cue cards, and talking points tailored to each live event’s objectives.
- Collaborate closely with producers, camera operators, and technical crews to ensure seamless transitions and flawless broadcast quality.
- Engage the online audience in real time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Monitor live‑stream metrics and audience interaction tools, adjusting pacing and content flow to maximize viewer retention.
- Conduct pre‑event technical checks, including lighting, sound, and internet connectivity, to mitigate any on‑air issues.
- Coordinate with marketing and client teams to align event messaging with brand guidelines and promotional goals.
- Maintain a polished on‑camera presence, adhering to dress code requirements (hijab) and physical standards (minimum height 159 cm, maximum weight 55 kg).
- Provide post‑event reports summarizing audience engagement, performance insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in live streaming, social media platforms, and audience interaction techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (Muslimah) who wears a hijab.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old.
- Physical attributes: Height at least 159 cm and weight not exceeding 55 kg.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience or strong comfort speaking in front of a camera, including live formats.
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, handle unexpected situations, and keep the audience engaged.
- Familiarity with major social‑media platforms and basic knowledge of livestreaming tools (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, Restream).
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for evening events.
