Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Receptionist and Sales Cashier to join our Front Office team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling both face‑to‑face interactions and financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Receive payments from customers accurately and efficiently, whether cash, credit card, or electronic payment methods.

- Provide clear and up‑to‑date information on products, pricing, promotions, and special offers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process non‑cash transactions, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment platforms, while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Generate daily financial reports, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare summary statements for management review.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front‑office workspace, including the cash register, promotional displays, and customer waiting area.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to update product availability and assist in stock‑taking activities.
- Utilize the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to track sales trends, monitor inventory levels, and generate analytical reports.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, data privacy, and customer confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a cashier, front‑desk, or similar customer‑facing role.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and POS software.
- Strong mathematical ability and meticulous attention to detail in financial calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time wisely, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience operating cash registers, handling cash, and processing electronic payments.
- Basic understanding of non‑cash payment technologies such as contactless cards and e‑wallets.
