Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Motoris to join our dynamic team in the Bangkalan region. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving sales growth, building strong relationships with local retailers, schools, and institutions, and who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the face of our brand on the road, delivering products, promoting offers, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and place product consignments to a variety of outlets, including shops, schools, and government institutions throughout the Bangkalan area.
  • Actively prospect new customers and nurture existing relationships to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a detailed itinerary and route plan to maximize coverage efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, answer inquiries, and provide on‑spot solutions to customer needs.
  • Collect and submit sales reports, inventory levels, and market feedback to the sales manager on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, share insights from the field, and contribute ideas for promotional activities.
  • Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and represent the brand positively at all times.
  • Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of products using a personal motorcycle equipped with a valid SIM C license.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 20 years or older.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 0‑1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or related field (experience in direct selling or wholesale is a plus).
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet measurable targets and work independently.
  • High level of responsibility, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Basic literacy in Indonesian; proficiency in local dialects is advantageous.
