Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Cabang Utama dan Pengembangan Operasional to lead our regional operations and drive the growth of our POS (Point‑of‑Sale) solutions across multiple major cities in Indonesia. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that our merchant network receives exceptional service, that sales targets are consistently exceeded, and that our operational teams operate with efficiency and strategic focus. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product, finance, and client success, to align business objectives with market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of Leaders, MERi (Merchant Relationship Executives), and Sales Representatives in the assigned region.
- Monitor daily performance metrics for both ticket resolution and sales achievement, providing real‑time feedback and corrective actions.
- Set objective, data‑driven daily targets for ticket handling (PM) and sales, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs.
- Take full accountability for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) on work tickets and achieving company‑wide sales targets.
- Escalate and resolve urgent tickets promptly to maintain high merchant satisfaction levels.
- Analyze and continuously remap MERi population distribution to balance workload; proactively request additional MERi resources when an area becomes overloaded.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by presenting strategic POSe product offerings to potential merchants.
- Maintain strong relationships with priority merchants and coordinate closely with regional office or client branch representatives.
- Lead educational and promotional activities for POSe products, ensuring deep product knowledge across the team.
- Drive team restructuring initiatives, including building new teams from the ground up or reorganizing existing ones to improve performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales pipelines, ticket resolution status, and market insights.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a senior managerial role such as Area Manager, Branch Manager, or Senior Sales Leader.
- Industry Background (B2B mandatory): Proven track record in Digital Cashier Applications (POS), Payment Gateway services, or Banking (especially EDC/QRIS/Merchant Acquisition).
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell upfront‑payment products and achieve clear revenue targets (nominal or turnover).
- Team Building: Experience in restructuring existing teams or establishing new teams from scratch.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management, performance coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, SLA metrics, and market mapping for strategic decision‑making.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30.
- Location Flexibility: Choose one of eight placement locations: Jakarta, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Denpasar, or Makassar.
