Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana to join our facilities management team. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and operates from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. As a key member of the infrastructure support unit, you will help ensure that all physical assets, equipment, and building systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. The role welcomes candidates of any gender who possess a solid foundation in electrical or technical studies and a genuine passion for teamwork and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, electrical installations, and utility systems to detect and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on lighting, power distribution panels, motor drives, and other electro‑mechanical equipment in accordance with the company’s maintenance schedule.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts using the company’s administration system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, including upgrades to electrical systems, energy‑saving initiatives, and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, provide on‑site troubleshooting, and implement temporary fixes until permanent solutions are available.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies by conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their facility needs, provide timely assistance, and foster a culture of open communication.
  • Promote a clean and organized work environment, encouraging good housekeeping practices among all staff members.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a vocational certificate in Electrical/Power (SMK Elektro/Listrik).
  • Age: Candidates up to 35 years old are preferred, though the company values skill and attitude over strict age limits.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
