We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waitress – Customer Service & Dining Support to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and prompt service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey special requests to the kitchen, and serve dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions, to guide guests effectively.
  • Assist in setting up dining areas, arranging tables, and ensuring that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate orders and resolve any service issues swiftly.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing regular cleaning of workstations and dining areas.
  • Respond to guest feedback, address concerns professionally, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and occasional promotional events to stay updated on new menu items and service protocols.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a reliable attendance record.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 degree; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates with basic hospitality training are strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar waitress or front‑of‑house position.
  • Age limit: maximum 27 years.
  • Excellent command of Indonesian cuisine fundamentals and a willingness to learn regional specialties.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: honest, quick‑thinking, and well‑mannered.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Proficiency in handling food and beverage service, including knowledge of proper table settings and etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy).
