Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site collection visits to customers who have exceeded their payment due dates, ensuring each interaction follows company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Document detailed visit reports, including payment commitments, reasons for delinquency, and any required follow‑up actions, and submit these reports promptly to supervisors.
- Develop and maintain positive, trust‑based relationships with customers, employing active listening and problem‑solving techniques to negotiate payment plans that suit both the client’s circumstances and the company’s financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the internal credit and finance teams to verify account information, update payment statuses, and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify early warning signals of potential default and communicate these insights to the risk management department for proactive mitigation.
- Adhere to the scheduled workweek of Monday through Saturday, maintaining punctuality and professional appearance during all field activities.
- Stay informed about local market conditions, economic factors affecting customer repayment ability, and any changes in relevant legislation that may impact collection practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve negotiation tactics, conflict resolution, and knowledge of FIFGROUP’s product portfolio.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
