Introduction
We are seeking a talented Drafter – Penyusun Gambar Teknik to join our dynamic design team in Nganjuk. This full‑time role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable environment for creative professionals eager to contribute to ambitious civil and architectural projects. As a drafter, you will translate conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings, supporting project managers, engineers, and architects throughout the design and construction phases. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Autodesk Revit, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
- Create visual renderings and presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects, civil engineers, and project managers to incorporate design changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain project timelines.
- Maintain and update Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, ensuring all components are accurately linked and coordinated.
- Conduct site surveys and translate field measurements into accurate drafting outputs.
- Prepare construction documentation, including shop drawings, detail sheets, and material take‑offs for procurement and fabrication.
- Participate in design review meetings, providing technical input and suggesting cost‑effective alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards throughout the drafting process.
- Support quality‑control activities by performing regular checks for dimensional accuracy, clash detection, and consistency across all drawings.
- Mentor junior drafting staff, sharing best practices in software usage and drawing conventions.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- At least 1 year of professional drafting experience in a construction, engineering, or architectural firm.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Visual Render tools, and Autodesk Revit.
- Strong creative thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, error‑free drawings.
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk and travel to project sites as required.
