Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions across the Greater Jakarta area, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer (CMO) to join our expanding team. This role is based in Cibinong and will serve the entire Jabodetabek Selatan region, covering both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a crucial bridge between our product portfolio and the market, driving revenue growth while upholding the high standards of service that define Adira Finance.
We are looking for an energetic male professional, aged 29 or younger, with at least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they possess the right attitude, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively present and demonstrate Adira Finance’s financing products to existing customers and prospect new clients through various channels.
- Order Acquisition: Generate sales orders from channel distributors, gather initial customer data, and ensure all required documentation is complete for credit applications.
- Credit Processing: Verify customer information, coordinate with the credit department, and monitor the progress of each application from submission to decision.
- Decision Communication: Convey credit approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Payment Management: Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary to ensure timely repayment.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑users, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to recommend product enhancements and new sales tactics.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline.
- Age: 29 years maximum.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales role; fresh graduates are considered if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and sales‑orientation.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, persistence, meticulousness, honesty, and the ability to work independently.
- Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid SIM A/C (active).
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
- Placement: Across all Adira Finance branches in the Jabodetabek area.
