Prapat, and Bagan Batu. The successful candidate will act as the face of our brand, delivering personalized service, educating prospects about our WiFi packages, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and direct sales activities in the assigned territory, ensuring consistent coverage of all neighborhoods.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our broadband WiFi services, tailoring the pitch to each household’s specific needs.
  • Explain promotional offers, pricing structures, and contract terms in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads generated, and sales closed using our mobile CRM application.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the region.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with the technical team for installation appointments.
  • Collect feedback from customers to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and team‑building gatherings.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and professional conduct standards while on the road.

Requirements

  • Male or female applicants aged 18‑50 years.
  • Minimum education: Elementary school (SD) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for daily travel.
  • Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasive selling techniques.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer‑friendly language.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and identifying improvement areas.
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior sales experience in telecommunications or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
