Responsibilities

- Explain daily specials, answer questions about menu items, and recommend appropriate food and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and baristas to deliver orders efficiently and correctly.
- Set and clear tables, maintain a clean dining area, and ensure all utensils and linens are properly arranged.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
- Assist in restocking supplies, refilling condiments, and preparing the dining floor for service periods.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and equipment sanitation.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Strong teamwork skills; able to support colleagues and share responsibilities.

- Neat appearance and professional demeanor while on duty.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during busy periods.
