Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Sintang, Kalimantan. This role is a critical link between our Business Channeling partners and the internal credit processing unit, ensuring that every consumer financing request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Follow up on all incoming orders generated through Business Channeling sources, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), coordinating closely with the Service Help Center (SHC) for ongoing cases.
- Maintain accurate entry of customer records, ensuring that all documentation is stored digitally and is readily retrievable for audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, underwriting, and customer service—to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor daily workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute ideas for process automation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, data entry, or credit processing.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheet software, database entry, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of financial products and credit risk assessment is an advantage.
