Responsibilities

- Assist the operations manager in scheduling staff shifts, tracking attendance, and preparing payroll data.
- Support the culinary team by coordinating delivery schedules, checking the quality of incoming goods, and organizing storage areas.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations specific to the food‑service sector.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and facilitating smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering suggestions for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
