Introduction

We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Lapangan – MyRepublic (Direct Sales). The successful candidate will be the face of MyRepublic on the ground, engaging prospective customers face‑to‑face, demonstrating the benefits of our Wi‑Fi products, and building lasting relationships that drive subscriber growth. Responsibilities

  • Approach and meet potential customers in residential and commercial areas to present MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi packages and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales manager, tracking progress with the company’s CRM system.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and provide tailored solutions that meet each customer’s connectivity needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up appointments.
  • Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to relay market feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and improve service offerings.
  • Plan and manage a personal sales route, ensuring efficient travel and optimal use of time while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 45 years.
  • All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possession of a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of internet technology and enthusiasm for learning about new Wi‑Fi solutions.
  • Strong self‑motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
