- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real time.
- Handle administrative duties including attendance tracking, purchase order processing, and the validation of all warehouse data to support audit compliance.
- Motivate, coach, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as procurement, customer service, and transportation—to resolve bottlenecks and align warehouse activities with broader business objectives.
- Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, picking efficiency, and dock-to‑stock time, recommending process enhancements based on data‑driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, delivery platform requirements, and lean warehousing best practices.
- Support the implementation of new warehouse technologies, including ERP integrations and automation tools, to increase throughput and reduce manual errors.

- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate with regional suppliers and partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and warehouse software such as Bigseller, WMS, or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Demonstrated capacity to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, local delivery platforms, lean warehousing principles, and KPI tracking.
