We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staff HRGA to join our headquarters in Sentul, Bogor. This role is pivotal in supporting both Human Resources and General Administration functions across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to line managers, ensuring seamless recruitment, employee development, compliance, and day‑to‑day administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (End‑to‑End), from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy in physical and digital archives in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Conduct and interpret psychometric and personality tests to assist hiring managers in selecting the best fit for each role.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and statutory filings such as BPJS, PPH21, and other government-mandated contributions.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, track attendance, and evaluate effectiveness through post‑training assessments.
  • Oversee office facilities, security, and vendor management to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and field sites, traveling as needed to provide on‑site HRGA support and to audit compliance.
  • Prepare regular HR metrics reports (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment cycle time) for senior leadership review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks tailored to a manufacturing context.
  • Foster a positive employee experience by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in HR & GA functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in End‑to‑End recruitment processes and familiarity with psychometric testing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, social security regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent administrative skills with high accuracy in data entry, filing, and record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and basic data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel outside the city when required, with a flexible approach to mobile work assignments.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
  • Key soft skills: problem‑solving, interpersonal empathy, discretion, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
