Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring payment schedules and identifying delinquent balances.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or workplaces to discuss outstanding installments and propose realistic repayment solutions.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure commitments, resolve disputes, and reduce the overall non‑performing loan ratio.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records for compliance and future reference.
- Collaborate closely with the credit and legal departments to flag high‑risk cases and initiate appropriate recovery actions.
- Provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding field challenges, market trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Zero or more years of prior experience; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to persuade and build trust.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field setting.
- Possession of a valid motorbike, a personal motorcycle, and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:30, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
