Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, both on foot and by vehicle, ensuring all areas remain secure and free from unauthorized access.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarm panels, and access control devices to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Perform thorough checks of entry points, visitor logs, and delivery processes, verifying identification and issuing temporary passes as required.
- Document incidents, accidents, and irregularities in detailed reports, and communicate findings promptly to supervisors and law‑enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Assist in crowd control during events, managing queues, and ensuring orderly evacuation procedures in emergencies.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats, providing reassurance to staff and the public.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and safety briefings to stay current with the latest security protocols and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with other security personnel, facilities management, and client representatives to implement comprehensive security plans.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as radios, flashlights, and personal protective gear, ensuring they are operational at all times.
Requirements
- Active KTA (Security Personnel Card) is mandatory.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Ideal physical stature—appropriate height and weight—to perform duties effectively.
- Excellent physical health and mental resilience; must be able to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security operations or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude at all times.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including six‑day workweeks (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
