Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in locating desired products.
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

- Assist with inventory replenishment both on the sales floor and in the back‑room warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items, and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
- Process minor transactions such as product exchanges and communicate current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate closely with cashiers and fellow sales associates to deliver seamless service.
- Participate in regular product knowledge training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new arrivals and seasonal items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating more complex concerns to the store manager when necessary.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety procedures, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail or sales associate role; prior experience as a pramuniaga is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
- Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and confidence when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, detail‑oriented, and quick to learn new product lines and store procedures.
- Proficiency in basic sales tools, point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and inventory management software.
