Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Provide thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and address any concerns swiftly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to health‑safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, process bills, and manage end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and remain composed during high‑volume periods.
  • Participate in periodic inventory checks and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in restaurant service or a related hospitality role is preferred, though enthusiastic beginners are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Comfortable handling high‑pressure situations and multitasking during busy service periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable attitude toward guests.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
