Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, presenting loan, leasing, and credit card offerings with clarity and professionalism.
  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application procedures, ensuring each prospect fully understands their options.
  • Assist customers throughout the transaction process, guiding them in completing application forms, submitting required documentation, and answering follow‑up questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets set by the sales manager.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional financial services.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting, collections, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product changes, regulatory compliance, and effective sales techniques.
  • Conduct post‑call follow‑ups via phone or email to reinforce the value proposition and move leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 50 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; however, previous sales or marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with targets and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; clear articulation and a friendly tone are essential.
  • Proficiency with basic office tools, telephone systems, and CRM software.
  • Quick adaptation to new products, scripts, and market conditions.
  • Clean credit record (Clear BI Checking).
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:30.
