Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Karyawan Operasional Laundry dan Pengelolaan Kebersihan to join our growing laundry outlet team. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in delivering high‑quality laundry services while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position is open to female applicants only and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly, answering inquiries, and processing service orders efficiently.
- Operate the outlet’s administrative system, including order entry, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Perform garment handling tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and quality‑checking each item before delivery.
- Pack cleaned garments neatly, label them accurately, and ensure they are ready for customer pickup or delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet, including floor sweeping, surface disinfecting, and waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Enforce SOPs related to equipment usage, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow, manage peak‑hour demand, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Track inventory of detergents, cleaning supplies, and packaging materials, and notify management when re‑ordering is needed.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance for management review.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and new service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in laundry operations, customer service, or facilities cleaning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
- Proven ability to follow SOPs, maintain high standards of hygiene, and work efficiently under supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for handling POS systems, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks such as ironing.
- Attention to detail, especially when inspecting garments for stains, damages, or proper folding.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work six days a week, including occasional weekend shifts.
