Bunda DayCare is seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional to lead the daily functions of our early‑childhood education center. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the daycare, including classroom scheduling, staff rostering, and resource allocation.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, health‑safety protocols, and Islamic educational standards.
- Coordinate with teachers to implement the PG‑PAUD curriculum, ensuring lesson plans meet developmental milestones.
- Monitor and manage the center’s budget, controlling expenses for supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and arrange professional‑development workshops for the teaching team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, providing progress updates, and organizing community events.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming; conduct routine inspections of equipment and play areas.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as enrollment, attendance, and satisfaction rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) – preferably in PG‑PAUD or a related early‑childhood field; other S1 disciplines are also considered.
- Age limit: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, a Muslimah (female Muslim) is preferred to align with the center’s cultural environment.
- Strong physical and spiritual health, enabling active participation in both administrative duties and community activities.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in reading the Al‑Qur’an fluently, supporting the spiritual component of the program.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in educational skill development and teaching methodologies.
- Effective communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Organizational aptitude, including time‑management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making under pressure.
- Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment.
