We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Profesional to join our growing team in Purworejo. As a private tutor, you will provide personalized instruction across a broad range of subjects and grade levels, from early childhood education (TK) to high school (SMA). Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group lessons tailored to the individual learning styles of students ranging from kindergarten to senior high school.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and engaging activities that align with the national curriculum and the specific goals of each learner.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and motivating classroom atmosphere, encouraging curiosity and a love for learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse abilities, learning difficulties, and cultural backgrounds.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and any areas needing extra support.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with pedagogical trends and best practices.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible for occasional after‑hours tutoring when required.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and performance reports in the company’s learning management system.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: actively enrolled university student (final semester preferred) or a completed S1 degree; education majors are highly preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and the ability to interact positively with children and adolescents.
- Capability to teach subjects across all levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance: neat, clean, and modest attire.
- Willingness to follow the predetermined teaching schedule.
- Residency within the assigned service area is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in teaching skill development and classroom management.
