Introduction
We are partnering with a fast‑growing client solutions provider in the Indonesian market to recruit a Senior Sales Consultant – Client Solutions. This role is a cornerstone of the company’s expansion strategy in the province of Jambi, where the successful candidate will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the Jambi region, leveraging both inbound leads and outbound outreach.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and solution proposals that address client needs and showcase product value.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer‑success teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports, including competitor analysis, emerging trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize personal transportation (car or motorcycle) to conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑study.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or client‑solutions environment.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations; experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Own reliable motor vehicle (car or motorcycle) and a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team, meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for client events.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the province of Jambi.
