Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the pre‑owned automobile market, building strong relationships with dealers, and driving monthly sales targets. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for pre‑owned vehicle inventory.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to authorized used‑car dealers, presenting product offerings and promotional programs.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with dealer owners, sales managers, and end‑customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Perform diligent follow‑up after each visit, addressing dealer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Prepare detailed visit reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence, and submit them to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor local campaigns, promotional events, and digital initiatives that align with dealer needs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to propose adjustments in pricing, inventory mix, or promotional strategies.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions for dealer staff to improve their ability to sell effectively.
- Maintain a well‑organized schedule, ensuring timely coverage of all assigned dealer territories while adhering to the Monday‑Saturday workweek (08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the automotive, insurance, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and consistently achieve sales quotas.
- Self‑motivated and capable of operating independently as well as thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a high level of personal motivation.
- Solid understanding of the products/services being sold and the relevant market dynamics.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Yogyakarta region; a mobile phone and reliable transport are required.
