We are a leading distributor of electronic components serving manufacturers and system integrators across Indonesia. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Penjualan Komponen Elektronik to join our sales team in Bekasi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through effective prospecting, relationship building, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the technical needs of our customers.
This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides a professional environment where ambition, integrity, and hard work are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as their trusted advisor on electronic component selections.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales in line with company targets.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any post‑sale issues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for product development and inventory planning.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest component technologies, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling skills.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in any field; technical background in electronics is a plus.
- Age: Maximum 30 years (no upper age limit for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the electronic components or related technology sector.
- Key Skills: Strong customer relationship management, sales analysis, negotiation, and effective communication in both Indonesian and English.
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, responsible, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Location Preference: Residency in Bekasi or surrounding areas; candidates must possess a personal vehicle for client visits.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
