Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Host Wellness Services & Programs Coordinator to join our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience through expertly curated wellness offerings. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our guests’ health aspirations and the premium services provided by our hotel’s wellness department. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a warm, service‑oriented demeanor, ensuring every guest feels cared for from check‑in to check‑out.

Responsibilities

  • Design, schedule, and coordinate daily wellness programs—including yoga, meditation, reflexology, and fitness classes—tailored to guest preferences and seasonal themes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests seeking wellness services, providing personalized recommendations and handling bookings through our reservation system.
  • Collaborate closely with therapists, trainers, and spa staff to align service delivery with hotel operational standards and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor guest feedback, conduct post‑session surveys, and generate reports that inform continuous improvement of program content and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of wellness equipment, ensure all spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinate with the housekeeping team for timely setup.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, updating the hotel’s website, and engaging guests through social media channels.
  • Handle cashless transactions, generate invoices, and reconcile daily financial reports related to wellness services.
  • Provide on‑site support during peak periods, including weekends and holidays, while adhering to shift schedules.
  • Train and mentor junior staff or interns on guest interaction protocols, program facilitation, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies governing wellness operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or higher) in Hospitality, Health & Wellness, or related field; SMA/SMK acceptable with relevant experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and the ability to align wellness programs with departmental SOPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is advantageous.
  • Professional appearance, friendly personality, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Resilience under pressure, with a track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high service quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Preferred skill: knowledge of reflexology therapy or other holistic treatments.
