Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, align resources, and ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans.
- Develop, propose, and continuously refine project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, using data‑driven forecasting tools.
- Implement robust file‑management systems and documentation protocols to preserve project history and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients, highlighting risks, milestones, and successes.
- Gather client requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Lead cross‑functional meetings, facilitate decision‑making, and foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and value‑added enhancements, proposing actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a strong advantage.
