We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Lead Hub SPX Express to join our operations team in Koto VII, Kab. Sijunjung, Sumatera Barat. This pivotal role will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parcels at our hub, ensuring that every package moves efficiently from pickup to final delivery. Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of goods, from initial pickup through final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily shipment schedules with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and 3PL providers to resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies that reduce the incidence of lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
- Track all hub transactions, maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop hub staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions on best practices such as FIFO, load planning, and documentation.
- Analyze delivery metrics and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Lead daily stand‑up meetings to align the team on priorities, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous or high‑value items in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries and complaints related to hub operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Flexibility to relocate and reside in Koto VII, Kab. Sijunjung (Sawah Lunto Sijunjung), Sumatera Barat.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated growth in logistics coordination.
