We are seeking a dynamic Creator Konten Video Digital to join our fast‑growing media team in Makassar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about short‑form video storytelling, possess a keen eye for emerging trends on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and be comfortable turning raw ideas into polished, engaging content that drives audience interaction. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form video content (15‑60 seconds) that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms, ensuring optimal posting times based on audience analytics.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital trends, challenges, audio memes, and visual styles, and proactively incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with the social media manager, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce integrated campaigns that combine video, motion graphics, and static assets.
- Perform basic on‑camera duties, including presenting, voice‑overs, and on‑screen demonstrations, to increase authenticity and brand relatability.
- Manage a content library, archiving raw footage, project files, and final edits for future reuse and compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, watch‑time, engagement rate, click‑through) and generate weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and mentor junior creators on editing techniques and platform best practices.
- Ensure all video output complies with copyright regulations, brand guidelines, and community standards.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age 30 years (flexible for exceptional talent).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any field; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or comparable software.
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, trend‑responsive videos that achieve high interaction rates.
- Strong communication skills, both on‑camera and off‑camera, with the confidence to appear in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset, quick learner, and a passion for digital culture and viral storytelling.
- Effective time‑management and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who thrives in a small, dynamic group and can take initiative without constant supervision.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makassar, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
