Responsibilities
The Live Streaming Host will be the face of Sepatu Cani during live e‑commerce sessions, product launches, and special promotional events. Key duties include:
- Planning and rehearsing live broadcast scripts that highlight product features, sizing, and styling tips.
- Presenting shoes and accessories confidently on camera, demonstrating how they look and feel.
- Engaging with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing comments, and encouraging interaction.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align live content with ongoing campaigns and sales targets.
- Monitoring live metrics (view count, conversion rate, average watch time) and providing post‑event reports.
- Maintaining a clean, organized streaming set, including lighting, background, and props.
- Continuously researching fashion trends and competitor live streams to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Participating in occasional promotional photoshoots or short‑form video creation for social media platforms.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: At least 1 year of on‑camera hosting, live e‑commerce, or related digital media work.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Pekanbaru and not currently enrolled in full‑time studies.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and a warm, cheerful demeanor.
- Strong confidence and poise in front of the camera.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Basic digital analysis skills to interpret viewership data.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and streaming platforms.
