Introduction
Bolde Store, a fast‑growing lifestyle retailer in Denpasar, is seeking a dynamic Kepala Toko (Team Leader) to spearhead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This full‑time role will be based at our flagship Bolde Store in Denpasar and reports directly to the Area Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with at least two years of retail supervisory experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of store presentation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Maintain accurate customer data records and monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist shoppers in locating products, providing detailed product information, and recommending complementary items.
- Manage cash flow, including opening and closing registers, reconciling daily transactions, and supporting cashiers during peak periods.
- Plan and execute in‑store promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure that all merchandise meets quality standards.
- Enforce security protocols, conduct routine safety checks, and keep the store clean and orderly.
- Schedule staff shifts, conduct regular briefings, and provide on‑the‑job coaching to develop team capabilities.
- Analyze sales data, prepare weekly reports, and make data‑driven decisions to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Leader or similar supervisory role in a retail environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable handling both cash and non‑cash transactions.
- Hands‑on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Tuesday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of making quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
