StudioRenang.com is seeking a dedicated Pelatih Renang Wish & Snap for its Medan outlet (Polonia). The successful candidate will join the innovative Water Immersion for Senior Health & Special Needs Adaptive Program, a flagship service that leverages hydrotherapy to improve the wellbeing of children with special needs, senior citizens, and infants. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where professional growth, teamwork, and a passion for inclusive health education are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons tailored to special‑needs children, senior participants, and babies.
- Monitor and record each participant’s skill development, attendance, and health metrics using the studio’s management software.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to parents or guardians, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain the pool area, including routine checks of filtration systems, water quality, and teaching equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to integrate therapeutic goals into swimming sessions.
- Participate in a mandatory one‑month intensive training program in West Jakarta to master the Wish & Snap curriculum and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback to program managers on curriculum effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on participant outcomes.
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and independence among all learners.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Psychology, Special‑needs Education, Physical Education, or related fields (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience teaching or coaching in a swim‑related or therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey instructions clearly to diverse age groups.
- Basic swimming proficiency and familiarity with water safety techniques.
- Genuine interest and empathy for working with children with special needs, seniors, and infants.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new teaching methods and program updates.
- Gender: Open to all candidates; Age: maximum 27 years.
- Willingness to relocate to Medan and commence work immediately after successful recruitment.
