Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Hubungan Prioritas to join our elite wealth banking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a high‑value portfolio of priority clients, driving growth in third‑party funds (DPK), and cross‑selling a suite of premium banking products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing priority customers while proactively acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Analyze client needs and financial goals to tailor bespoke wealth‑management solutions.
  • Increase third‑party deposits (DPK) through strategic outreach, product positioning, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Cross‑sell complementary banking products such as investment funds, insurance, and credit facilities to deepen client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings in the wealth banking sector.
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s risk management policies and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Marketing Specialist, or Wealth Banking professional, preferably handling priority clientele.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and market‑analysis capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • High target orientation with a track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Professional appearance and a confident, energetic demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, client‑focused, with a genuine passion for marketing and wealth management.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
