Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to potential customers and business partners.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, expanding the branch’s market footprint.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit‑worthiness analyses using both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by generating qualified leads and supporting closing activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, trade fairs, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer information.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 in any field; GPA of at least 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Active communication, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Licenses: Valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tasikmalaya or surrounding areas to ensure timely coverage of the territory.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
- Commitment to data protection policies as stipulated by UU No. 27/2022.
