The successful candidate will act as the front‑line liaison between our credit division and prospective borrowers, promoting financing solutions for electronic devices, furniture, and gadgets. Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell credit products for electronics, furniture, and gadgets to potential borrowers within the Madiun area.
- Guide applicants through the entire credit application process, from initial inquiry to document submission and final approval.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments, verifying applicant information and ensuring compliance with internal risk‑management policies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, community outreach, and digital channels.
- Negotiate terms and repayment schedules in alignment with company policies while addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to expedite approvals and resolve any post‑approval issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, providing regular performance reports to branch management.
- Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends to better advise customers.
- Represent the company at local events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or credit promotion, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financing terms in simple language.
- Demonstrated integrity and a reputation for honesty in dealing with customers.
- Own a motor vehicle and a smartphone equipped with NFC capability for on‑site verification and digital signatures.
- Reside within the city limits of Madiun or be willing to relocate.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software) and a willingness to learn proprietary loan processing tools.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, adhering to the branch’s Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00).
