Introduction
PT. Bina Artha Ventura is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Cabang Pinjaman Individu Gemolong to lead its Gemolong branch. This senior role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving loan portfolio growth, and ensuring that the branch meets the rigorous performance standards set by the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in micro‑finance, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high‑quality financial services to underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow for loan processing, cash handling, and customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO) and administrative/cashier staff, providing coaching and corrective actions as needed.
- Business Development: Lead the development of new loan opportunities, set realistic targets for sub‑ordinates, and coordinate with Area and Branch Managers to achieve branch goals.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain branch performance at or above company standards, adhering to the SOPs established by PT. Bina Artha Ventura.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Conduct systematic monitoring of all branch activities, compile accurate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external issues, coordinating with the head office to deliver effective solutions that protect the company’s interests.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, local partners, and community leaders to enhance the branch’s reputation and market reach.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all loan disbursements, collections, and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in micro‑finance or a related financial services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of loan officers and support staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a loan portfolio.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid driving license (SIM).
- Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic team leadership.
