Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and target market segments.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional media.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and automation of customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value to continuously optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to create unified messaging and seamless customer experiences.
- Lead a small team of marketers, providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the organization ahead of industry shifts.
- Manage the marketing budget, negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost‑effective utilization of resources.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while fostering innovation and creative thinking.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales strategy, or CRM management.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
