Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our dynamic team at the Banjarmasin branch. This field‑based role focuses on managing overdue accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the bank’s credit risk mitigation strategy. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and provides a valuable entry point for fresh graduates eager to develop a career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminders to borrowers whose payments have passed the due date, using both telephone calls and on‑site visits.
- Perform on‑site observations and collect relevant data to assess the borrower’s financial situation and payment capability.
- Analyse overdue accounts, identify root causes of delinquency, and propose practical repayment solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate billing statements, payment schedules, and progress reports to the credit management team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring that all interactions reinforce the bank’s reputation and foster long‑term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal departments—such as legal, collections, and customer service—to resolve complex cases efficiently.
- Document all field activities in the company’s CRM system, adhering to data‑privacy regulations under UU No. 27/2022.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, negotiation techniques, and BCA Finance’s product portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong interest in field work and direct customer interaction.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for travel within Banjarmasin and surrounding areas.
- Residency in Banjarmasin or nearby regions to ensure quick response times.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence payment decisions.
- High level of integrity and commitment to protecting personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving collection strategies and regulatory updates.
