We are seeking a dedicated Guru IPA – Fisika dan Biologi to join our dynamic teaching team at our campus in Klaten Gantiwarno. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Biology, or Education, demonstrate strong subject mastery, and embody the professional qualities of communication, discipline, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the national high‑school curriculum for both physics and biology.
- Conduct engaging classroom lectures, interactive discussions, and inquiry‑based learning activities that foster critical thinking.
- Prepare, set up, and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Create and grade assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide individualized academic support and mentorship to students needing extra assistance or guidance.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and share best teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching materials, including textbooks, digital resources, and multimedia presentations.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics Education, Biology Education, Physics, or Biology.
- Strong command of high‑school level physics and biology concepts and curricula.
- Ability to design and adapt teaching devices and learning materials in accordance with current educational standards.
- Proficiency in conducting laboratory practicals, including equipment setup, safety management, and experimental guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex scientific ideas in an accessible manner.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
