Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit Surveyor to join our growing team in the Ketapang area, serving the broader Jabodetabekser region. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our credit products and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring seamless application processing and fostering long‑term relationships. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with distribution channels, dealers, and end‑users to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company’s credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet diverse financial needs.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification procedures.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth transaction completion.
  • Maintain a detailed log of interactions, orders, and status reports to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and collections teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in regular field visits and market surveys to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Uphold the company’s brand standards and ethical guidelines in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major); recent graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar credit or financial sales role is advantageous, though fresh graduates with strong aptitude will be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build trust.
  • High degree of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Resilience and a results‑oriented mindset; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or credit management systems is a plus.
