Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and rehearse live broadcast segments to ensure a smooth and engaging viewer experience.
- Deliver product demonstrations, interviews, Q&A sessions, and promotional announcements with confidence and clear articulation.
- Interact with audience comments and questions in real time, maintaining a friendly and energetic tone.
- Collaborate with the production team to set up lighting, audio, and background visuals, ensuring technical quality meets brand standards.
- Monitor live streaming metrics (viewership, engagement rate, dwell time) and provide post‑event reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain a consistent on‑air persona that aligns with the company’s voice while adapting style to suit different campaign themes.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to incorporate key messaging and promotional offers into the live flow.
- Stay updated on emerging live‑streaming platforms, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance audience reach.
- Prepare and edit post‑live highlight reels or short clips for repurposing across other digital channels.
Requirements
- Female, aged 18‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong on‑camera presence; confidence and natural charisma when speaking to a live audience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Energetic, creative, and able to think on your feet during fast‑paced broadcasts.
- Prior experience hosting live streaming events or similar on‑air roles is highly preferred.
- Comfortable without a hijab while on camera, as per specific brand presentation guidelines.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and other office applications for script preparation.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (YouTube Live, Instagram Live, TikTok, Facebook Live) and their audience engagement tools.
- Ability to work a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
