Introduction
PT. Prima Koleksi Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Kolektor Lapangan to join our field collection team in the Jember region of East Java. The role is a frontline position responsible for managing daily visit schedules, pursuing overdue payments, and ensuring that collected funds are safely delivered to the designated office. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday work week with clear expectations and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily visit list assigned by the supervisor, confirming routes and customer details for the designated area.
- Conduct on‑site visits to both residential and commercial customers, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Identify and prioritize accounts that have entered the over‑due status, initiating collection actions to reduce the overall delinquency ratio.
- Communicate payment terms, negotiate settlement plans, and provide clear instructions on how customers can fulfil their obligations.
- Issue timely reminders to borrowers whose payment due dates are approaching, using phone calls, SMS, or in‑person visits as appropriate.
- Securely collect cash or electronic payments, issue receipts, and promptly transport the funds to the central collection office or designated bank branch.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, update the company’s CRM system with visit outcomes, and report any disputes or challenges encountered in the field.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to share insights on customer behavior and suggest improvements to the collection strategy.
- Adhere to all company policies, local regulations, and safety protocols while performing field duties.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Zero or more years of prior collection or customer‑service experience; strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey complex payment information clearly.

- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a high degree of personal integrity.
- Physical stamina to travel within the Jember area and conduct multiple daily visits.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation are preferred but not mandatory; company‑provided motorbike may be assigned.
