Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Female Sales Promotion Staff (SPG) to represent the Cloud Seven alcoholic beverage brand in Denpasar. This is a full‑time, customer‑facing role that combines brand advocacy, product knowledge, and direct sales support in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a key member of our promotional team, you will help drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and boost sales through engaging presentations, sampling events, and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at retail outlets, bars, and events to showcase Cloud Seven’s range of alcoholic beverages.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional activities in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotional offers to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Track daily sales activity, record customer feedback, and submit accurate reports to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up visual merchandising, point‑of‑sale displays, and promotional signage.
- Assist in inventory checks, ensuring that promotional stock levels are sufficient for each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling any complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product trends, responsible drinking policies, and sales techniques.
- Support special events, festivals, and corporate functions where Cloud Seven products are featured.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations mandated by local authorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMK preferred.
- Age: 22 – 30 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) in the beverage or retail sector.
- Possession of a valid KTP (Indonesian ID card) and relevant diploma or certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, product launches, and promotional strategies.
- Basic administrative abilities, such as logging sales data and managing simple paperwork.
- Reliable transportation or willingness to use provided transport allowance.
- Commitment to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
