Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Retail (Sumber Baru) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in the bustling Sumber Baru district and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced retail environment where efficiency and customer satisfaction are paramount. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of relevant experience, a solid high‑school education, and a willingness to collaborate with both teammates and independent projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily sales records, inventory logs, and purchase orders using company software.
  • Prepare periodic reports for store managers, highlighting key performance indicators such as stock turnover, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, tracking attendance, and managing leave requests while adhering to labor regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile daily cash drawers, and support the finance team during audits.
  • Implement and enforce store policies related to safety, hygiene, and loss prevention.
  • Work under pressure during peak shopping periods, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and update product displays.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum of 0 years of experience required (i.e., fresh candidates are welcome).
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail administration, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Key Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic retail management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, honesty, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
