Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our expanding team in Pacitan, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by nurturing relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones across a broad network of distribution channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, ready to represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Identify, approach, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, preparing initial customer data and completing all necessary documentation for credit applications.
  • Conduct thorough verification of customer information, gather required supporting documents, and coordinate with the credit department to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions clearly.
  • Inform customers about payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, and address any inquiries related to invoicing or financing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field).
  • Age: up to 30 years (open to fresh graduates who meet the experience criteria).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, channel management, or a related field; experience in the automotive or consumer goods sector is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM A/C.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
