Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing interior materials company. This role is based in the Greater Bandung area and focuses on expanding our market share for high‑pressure laminate (HPL) and wood veneer products. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who thrives on building relationships, delivering compelling product presentations, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with contractors, interior designers, architects, and project owners across the assigned region.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the technical advantages of HPL and veneer solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, providing accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design concepts to position our portfolio as the preferred choice.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in interior materials, construction, or related B2B sectors.
- Age range: 20‑30 years, though exceptional candidates of any age will be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities with a confident, customer‑centric attitude.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for regional travel.
- Residency within the Bandung Raya area or willingness to relocate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Passion for interior design, building materials, and staying ahead of market innovations.
